The Sr Analyst, Finance and Operations in collaboration with the Sr Mgr, Finance and Operations guides PDS through the corporate planning process. The Sr Analyst will support all the departments under the office of the CFO in creating educational materials that will assist with all corporate planning processes that are accessible and straightforward. They will also assist these departments in navigating through the PDS project processes including PIC and CPC by advising and guiding department leaders.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the Master Corporate calendar and scheduling annual, semi-annual and quarterly corporate planning activities.
- Collaborates with the Learning Operations team to create simple straightforward content to assist with the rollout of department initiatives or improve understanding of existing processes.
- Responsible for the execution of various monthly meetings inclusive of complex and detailed agendas, presentations, reports, and on-site logistics.
- Manages enterprise and departmental level initiatives; represents the Financial Operations team in project planning throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaises with support and regional leaders to understand business needs as they relate to financial operations or corporate planning and recommends innovative approaches and alternative solutions.
- Collaborates with senior leaders and managers to develop, create, and maintain up to date Corporate level documents and presentations such as the Strategy Overview Value Drivers and Organizational Imperatives.
- Advises departments under the purview of the CFO on the PDS project process, serving as a guide to ensuring required documentation is completed on time and in alignment with the PDS PIC / CPC process.
- Identifies and raises awareness of potential risks in projects or corporate planning processes and proposes mitigation options.
- Creates reporting of department metrics and initiatives.
- Participates in ongoing staff development activities and NSC activities which enhance both internal and inter-departmental relationships.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited university or college. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management, business analysis, and/or corporate planning within a large organization.
- Experience with collaborating with C-Suite.
Preferred
- Experience in the dental, healthcare or retail industry.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Must have working knowledge of waterfall and agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency with MS Office products including some or all of the following: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task effectively without compromising the quality of the work.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented, organized, process focused, problem solver, proactive, ambitious, customer service focused.
- Ability to draw conclusions and make independent decisions with limited information.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers, staff, regulatory agencies, vendors, and other members of the business community.
- Self-motivated, reliable individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation Information: $79,584.00-$133,895.00 / Annually
