The Corporate Treasury team is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Finance Specialist - Funding on the corporate funding team. The position is tasked with activities that include, but are not limited to debt capital markets issuance, liability management, interest rate risk management, share repurchase execution, managing rating agency relationships, financial reporting, and capital structure analysis.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support and strategy development for external funding, financial strength, and capital structure.
- Plan, coordinate and execute bond issuances.
- Develop and execute interest rate hedging strategies.
- Develop and execute share repurchase strategies.
- Provide support to ensure strong rating agency and bank relationships.
- Develop cash forecast for debt and interest rate swap settlements.
- Manage deferred compensation plan hedging programs.
Requirements
- Education/Experience: college or university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business-related fields; 4+ years of job-related experience in Treasury/Finance/Capital Markets.
- Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
- Financial Markets: Knowledge of the products, types, competitors, customer base, major issues and regulatory considerations in the financial markets; ability to apply financial market knowledge to various business environments.
- Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
Top Candidate Will Also Have:
- Knowledge of Treasury policies and procedures.
- Experience in debt capital markets.
- Good understanding of international finance, interest rate and foreign exchange markets.
- Strong analytical and communication skills as well as personal computer expertise.
- Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department.

- This position is located at our office in Irving, TX.
- Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify.
