Job Title: Grant Writer and Fundraising Consultant
Organization: Georgia Strategic Alliance for New Directions and Unified Policies (Georgia STAND-UP)
Location: Hybrid (In-person and virtual meetings as directed by the CEO)
Reports to: CEO of Georgia STAND-UP

Position Overview:
Qualifications:
Required:
- 2+ years of fundraising experience, including direct donor campaigns, major gift asks, and donor cultivation events.
- 5+ years of grant writing and reporting experience, with a successful track record of securing funds and developing a resource pipeline.
- Strong ability to connect and build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, donor management databases, and online fundraising tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to social justice and progressive causes.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Experience with online fundraising tools and modern giving platforms.
- Experience working in or with organizations focused on social justice and advocacy.

Responsibilities
- Manage grant applications, ensuring timely submission and compliance with requirements.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure financial support for projects.
- Utilize strong communication skills to engage with donors and stakeholders effectively.
- Coordinate project management activities to meet deadlines and deliver successful outcomes.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
- Write compelling grant proposals to secure funding for various initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
