Maganti IT Resources LLC is seeking one professional for the full-time position of a Sr. Technical Consultant (SharePoint).
Job Duties
- Work as a Sr Technical Consultant for PowerPlatform/Microsoft365 including Adoption and Training.
- Function as a technical expert to recommend IT policies/systems for implementation of Microsoft365.
- Develop and prototype solutions to meet customer requirements and test the solution including workflows.
- Create technical support documentation.
- Serve as a technical advisor to management, identifying solutions to complex technical problems regarding PowerPlatform, Microsoft Dynamics365, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365.
- Work on modernizing legacy systems, modernizing the infrastructure, and migration to cloud which are critical to US EEOC mission.
Skills
Conversant with Microsoft365 and PowerPlatform, able to translate technical jargon into layman's terms for explanatory purposes. Strong troubleshooting skills, able to help troubleshoot complex system issues. Strategic thinker and planner with demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills in demanding environments. Strong leader and mentor, proven team builder, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education Required
The minimum educational qualification for this position is a Bachelor of Computer Science or related field.
