Veterinarian Arlington TX. Our client is a full-service small animal veterinary hospital with several clinics in Texas. It is a fast-paced facility, well-staffed with modern technology, in-house labs, and digital radiology, offering drop-off, scheduled, and walk-in appointments, Monday-Friday. The practice offers sick and wellness visits by appointment and for walk-ins on Saturdays.
The hospital administrator provides direct management. All leaders look to empower and provide support to veterinarians. There are structured, scheduled, recurring meetings to keep communication lines open.
We are looking for a confident veterinarian for the current opening with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude in the role of Associate Veterinarian at the Arlington, Texas location.
A successful veterinarian candidate will focus on exceptional patient care through wellness and sick-pet appointments, surgical procedures, and nurturing the human-animal bond through whole pet wellness.
A team player veterinarian is critical as our client’s clinics must have a significant team in place to ensure our patient volume receives the proper level of care without employee burnout. It is not a place for a lone wolf operator as the clinics have or will have at least two doctors and a clinic manager who need to operate cohesively. The veterinarian candidate needs to be confident in their skills and cannot be overwhelmed by busy workdays. The ability to make decisions and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members is essential to success. The veterinarian will have respect for and willingness to work with clients and their pets. A commitment to practicing the highest standard of veterinary medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics is critical to success.
