ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the Infection Prevention Program.
- Manage the planning, development and implementation of the overall operational objectives, goals and processes.
- Establish and assure compliance of infection prevention policies and procedures to meet all accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Manage recruitment, interview, selection, retention, staff development and performance management processes for the staff of assigned departments.
- Manage the development of department operating and capital budgets and achievement of financial goals.
RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Certification specializing in Infection Control credentialed from the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc. (CBIC) obtained within 36 Months (3 years) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
