Senior Accountant
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Overview:
This position will assist with the preparation and review of financial statements, with responsibilities including month-end, GL maintenance, and reporting.
Duties:
- Prepare required monthly journal entries and daily cash transactions.
- Maintain monthly accruals and prepare related journal entries.
- Maintain GL and financial forecasting models.
- Perform budget to actual comparison financial analysis.
- Timely and accurate monthly financial report preparation for multiple joint venture arrangements.
- Model and forecast current and future financial activity.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
- Prepare account reconciliation schedules, bank reconciliations, and supplemental schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of related accounting experience.
- JD Edwards preferred software.
- Strong Excel skills a MUST (proficiency with Pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
