SALARY: $140K plus 15% bonus guaranteed total compensation $161K
ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION: Full Healthcare, 401K

Job Summary:
The Sr. Financial Analyst / Finance Manager will serve as a financial expert, significantly contributing to the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts. This role involves the preparation and analysis of corporate financial presentations, supporting divisional activities as directed, and engaging in a broad range of financial operations to enhance financial activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial packages tailored to their requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct thorough analysis of consolidated company financial data to prepare Board reporting packages.
- Lead or direct the implementation of changes, corrections, or new programs related to the financial operation of the organization.
- Support coordination processes related to business plans and forecasts, budgetary comparisons, profit analyses, operations reviews, capital appropriation requests, and other financial documents, as directed by the Director of FP&A.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned to support the finance department's objectives.
Qualifications/Education/Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field is required.
- Proven experience in forecasting and analysis techniques, with a strong ability to produce insightful analyses that aid in controlling actual results versus budgets, forecasts, etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure accurate and timely results while working independently.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, alongside strong skills in other Office products and systems.
Language Ability:
- Must be proficient in reading and writing in English, with strong written and personal communication skills.

- Potential for increasing supervisory responsibilities as the department expands.
