As a Senior Project Analyst, you will support the delivery of mission-critical projects using your strength in leading teams, collaborating to solve problems, and driving for results. You will tackle multiple types of projects, some concurrently, and influence teams in a matrixed environment. You will guide project teams throughout multiple phases of projects, from planning to post-launch. Your scope will include conducting project-related research and analysis to assist the business and project managers in solving strategic problems. You will also create deliverables such as project plans, scope definition, cost estimates, resource plans, governance structure, and dependencies.

- You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- Your background includes identifying business challenges through comprehensive analysis and then presenting compelling solutions to large audiences.
- You are a skilled communicator who encourages collaboration. You respond to complex questions in a thoughtful manner.

- You've facilitated a variety of successful meetings ranging in size, with diverse audiences.
- You've led projects and are familiar with project life cycles. Your resilience has helped you enlist the help of others, sift through large data sets, re-prioritize, strategize, tailor communication, embrace conflict, and identify critical issues.
- You can synthesize obscure information into simplified speaking points that tell a story. You have experience analyzing financials, cost/benefit, and business case development.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus, plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
