About the Team
This role will work on our new business and will be responsible for critical early-stage work including the launch and deployment of logistics from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall planning of SEA local e-commerce logistics delivery solutions, based on resource scheduling, path planning, capacity management, and operation execution of each part of delivery, form a feasible plan and scheme, and promote the improvement of service quality and cost control;
- Based on the understanding of the delivery scenario, practical operation process and user behavior, design a solution and operation evaluation system, complete the effect verification and continuous optimization;
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research, develop operational plans to achieve risk avoidance and opportunity exploration in market change scenarios;
- Daily operation management, tracking delivery performance indicators and team improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in top e-commerce logistics or third-party logistics company distribution;
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills, and project management skills, able to promote the implementation of projects;
- Have requirements for detail control and good problem discovery and identification abilities;
- Strong self-drive, strong learning ability, excellent stress resistance.
