The candidate should have experience in Confluence, SharePoint, and JIRA and a strong understanding of Cloud technologies and business. The candidate will work closely with the Cloud Business Office (CBO) team and guide effective communication strategies and technical writing skills. Experience in technical writing, communication, and project management. Possess a good understanding of Cloud technologies and business. Proficient in Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, and other related tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in the creation of management presentations and reports. Able to create and manage to brand for the CBO team. Experience in developing and maintaining the CBO website. Able to provide technical writing support for CBO documentation. Require collaboration with the CBO team to manage projects using JIRA and Confluence. Able to develop effective communication strategies for the CBO team. Stay current with the latest Cloud technologies and industry trends.
