Description:
The HR Business Partner will work closely with the VP on the execution and delivery of human resources programs and services for Heidrick, APAC. The HRBP will also team with other human resources functional leaders on various programs, policies and initiatives.
Specific Responsibilities include:

Counsel and support assigned service line(s) leadership teams regarding all aspects of HR related issues including but not limited to recruiting, compensation, employee relations matters, benefits, immigration, relocation, and talent management.

Engage business to support a continuous feedback cycle ensuring business needs are supported, which includes employee engagement tools and survey feedback.

Support employees relative to policies, procedures, issues and concerns; manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as appropriate.

Assist and lead in the performance management program which includes year-end roundtable meetings, salary planning and bonus administration, promotions, goal setting and coaching.

Team with Learning and Development to provide training as needed on various HR topics as determined by business needs.

Support and participate in the recruiting process for the teams supported to include compensation evaluation, appropriate approvals and tracking, interviewing and selection, offer letters, and onboarding.

Assist with new hire orientation and work closely with stakeholders during the onboarding and integration process.

Assist with global HR initiatives in areas such as program and policy administration, benefits, immigration, relocation, recruiting, compensation and talent management.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or equivalent Human Resources certification preferred.

Minimum of six years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in a professional services environment. Global experience preferred.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performing, and client focused environment.

Experience serving as a consultant/advisor in analyzing client needs; setting and managing expectations and influencing decisions.

Previous success in developing and/or standardizing processes, with a focus on the client experience.

Proven experience in providing highest levels of client service internally or externally.

Understanding, inclination toward, and strong appreciation of the importance of building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

Strong comfort level with shifting priorities.

Dedication to teamwork and collaboration with experience in coaching and developing others.
