Key Responsibilities Include:
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Medicaid consulting projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients, focusing on state Medicaid agencies, children’s behavioral health, child welfare, and juvenile justice agencies. Lead sales efforts, including prospecting, proposal development, and presentations.
- Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior consultants and project teams. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation.
- Project Execution: Ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services that meet or exceed client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 10 years’ experience required; graduate degree preferred.
- 10 years’ relevant work experience.
- Strong familiarity with the Medicaid system and key Medicaid concepts.
- Experience providing advisory/consulting services to employers and government organizations.
- Prior leadership or management experience in publicly funded healthcare.

Compensation: The reasonable range of compensation for this role is $79,500 - $128,000, depending on various factors including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
