Job Description
Integrated Behavioral Technologies, Inc. is a not-for-profit that strives to meet the needs of children, their families, and the communities they serve and for that reason, IBT develops services to meet those needs. IBT partners with many state and federal programs to make services available to families. We provide in-home services to teach children in the natural environment and make services accessible to all families with children with autism.
In recent years, we have expanded services to include a diagnostic and reauthorization assessment clinic as well as some psychotherapy services to provide a much needed service to children, adolescents, and families across Kansas. The diagnostic clinic is equipped to assess for (but is not limited to) ADHD, anxiety, autism, depression, intermittent explosive disorder, mood related disorders, and a number of other DSM-5 recognized disorders. We also reassess for authorization purposes as needed for service continuation.

Qualifications
- A completed doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling psychology or health psychology
- Licensed psychologist or close to licensure (license eligible)
Responsibilities
- The primary role will be responsibility for participating in our psychological assessment clinic and overseeing our LMLP. Our clinic is currently on track for growth. Thus, we are looking to expand with the addition of a new position. This new position will be filled by a professional who has training and competencies in a number of psychological assessments including, but not limited to, the Weschler assessments, the Woodcock-Johnson assessments, the Kaufman assessments, the Mullen and/or Bailey, the ADOS, and the CARS. This clinic currently runs between 10 and 20 hours per week depending on the number of both internal (re-assessments) as well as external assessments (new clients). Some of the tasks completed in this process are diagnostic interviewing, assessment administration, and report write up and review.
- Additional responsibilities may include providing clinical services such as diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and psychological evaluations.
- This position has the autonomy to determine how often patients are scheduled, modality (remote or face-to-face), as well as the appropriate length of time spent with each patient.

- Typically, clinicians work Monday – Friday somewhere between the hours of 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
