Qualifications
The Finance Associate needs to be bilingual, Spanish/English.
Responsibilities include:
- Finance
- Credit
- Work with manager to identify accounts that may present a business credit risk, require credit hold, or outside collection.
- Record information about the financial status of customers and document the status of collection efforts. Keep sales representatives aware of account status and problems.
- Answer incoming calls, provide invoices to customers, and sort and file correspondence.
- Research payment issues involving disputed deliveries, returns, and credits that may result in delinquent balances.
