Job Description
Two commercial and residential leasing agents needed to help with growth in Chicago.

We are focused on connecting global real estate investors with real estate opportunities in the USA and around the world. Our strategy and marketing is positioned to educate our clients on how to invest and best manage real estate (through self-produced media shows, podcasts, video shows) and deliver opportunities through partnerships with top development companies from around the world.
In Chicago, you will work directly with owners and help grow our commercial and residential management business, help research development opportunities, help with TV show production (if interested), help set up events and workshops, and more.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in company trips to out-of-state projects and profit share bonuses on top of your salary and commission.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Provides current and prospective residents with the best possible customer service to retain residents and lease properties.
- Helping qualified tenants.
- Conducting background checks.
- Help with day-to-day office management tasks like mail distributions, email communications with tenants, occasional clean up, etc.
- Participate in office floor time at least 20 hours per week.
- Discovers, engages, and advances each prospect and follows up until they have set an appointment, found a home/workspace within our portfolio.
- Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.
- Handles incoming sales by phone, email, and online chat.
- Provides information regarding specific communities as well as services offered with the goal of generating leases for the sites.
- Logs all activity into company-provided databases (Pivotal/PCIC, One Site, Interactive Pricing Application) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Accurately communicates the benefits and features of the property portfolio.
- Stays up to date with all promotions/leasing incentives.
- Provides accurate information to residents and prospects in a courteous manner and fills all reasonable requests or requirements.
- Maintains company’s customer service and sales standards.
Requirements

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
- One to four years of industry sales experience a plus.
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
- Willing to train and provide necessary licensing for the right candidate.
Salary base: Commission from each deal.
Opportunity to participate in profit sharing.
Traveling to other states and countries to showcase developments.
