Role Summary:
A Tax Accountant with the ability to communicate and lead other team members, prioritize work, cultivate and connect with clients. This full-time position is on site in Claremore, OK with hybrid, flexible schedule options available. The annual salary starts at $76,354.00 and increases depending on job-related skills, knowledge and experience. The role is eligible for a discretionary bonus, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complex individual and entity tax return preparation and review
- Income tax research, planning and calculation of estimated tax payments including required disclosures for reporting
- Supervision and reviewing of compiled financial statements
- Management of personnel
- Pursuit of practice areas for expansion
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting
- CPA/EA designation preferred
- 3-7+ years tax experience
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to assist other team members and ensure they have the tools needed to be successful

Pay: $76,354.00 - $95,000.00 per year
