Our Brookfield office is ideally looking for Freshmen & Sophomores to join our tax team for part-time hours during the tax busy season. This is a great way to explore the tax side of public accounting during peak tax season while gaining valuable experience to prepare you for a future internship.

Responsibilities
This role focuses on organizing and scanning various workpapers that make up an individual’s tax return. This is a vital first step in the tax preparation process and gives the Tax Support Specialist a better understanding of the functionality of the return. This role will be part of the overall output of over 2,400 returns. You will gain experience in various computer software applications including, but not limited to Microsoft products, Adobe, SafeSend, and CCH Document. This experience will set you up for success by preparing you with the tools needed to become a Tax Associate.

- The schedule and hours will be dependent on academic schedules
- Start Date: February 3, 2025

Requirements
- Enrolled as a student, working towards a bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- Basic user of Microsoft Windows and Office products
- Willingness to learn new skills and programs
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for doing impactful work, professionalism, integrity, and dependability
- Authorized to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship
