ITC Defense is looking to add a A&P Analyst III to the team to support the Counterintelligence (CI) Division for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The A&P Analyst III Conducts CI activities such as investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, and defensive functional services to detect, identify, assess, exploit, penetrate, degrade, and counter or neutralize foreign intelligence collection efforts, sabotage, espionage, and terrorist activities directed against the MDA, its personnel, information, material, facilities and activities. Also serves as the MDA Office of Primary Responsibility to the National and DoD CI and Law Enforcement (LE) communities. Integrates CI products, services and defensive CI activities into all MDA programs and activities to detect, identify, assess, exploit, penetrate, degrade, and counter or neutralize foreign intelligence collection efforts, sabotage, espionage, and terrorist activities directed against the MDA, its personnel, information, material, facilities and deployed MDS assets worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Provide CI support to Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Conferences and other Off-Site Events
- Support Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Research, Development & Acquisition (RDA) Programs and
- Missile Defense System (MDS) Deployment Activities
- Support CI Investigations and Operations
- Participate in the CI Awareness and Reporting (CIAR) Program
- Support CI Research and Analysis & Production
- Support Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) and Telecommunications Electronics Materials Protected from Emanating Spurious Transmissions (TEMPEST)
- Support the Cyber Forensics Laboratory (CFL)
- Support Operations Management and CI SCIF Operations.
- Executes analytical taskings
- Develop and utilize analytical tools, techniques and processes
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree in a relevant field
- Experience: 8+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project
- Works independently and/or lead teams to analyze and resolve problems
- Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams
- Clearance: Final Top Secret with SCI eligibility
- Executes analytical tasks utilizing analytical techniques and processes
- Be able to develop and utilize analytical tools, techniques, and processes for technical and/or administrative support activities
