Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to fill an open position with a Fortune 500 company based in the greater Connecticut area. This role involves providing input to complex Business Analytics projects, collaborating with business partners to deliver data-driven insights, and supporting decision-making across the organization. It's an exciting opportunity to directly support the Clinical Product Portfolio, utilizing various data types including medical and pharmacy claims to drive product development and performance evaluation.
In this role you will:
- Develop new reports, models, and analytic solutions to support the product team and business intelligence.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics for Account teams, Finance, and Operations, combining business knowledge and technical skills.
- Consult with internal partners and stakeholders to understand complex issues and requests, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and timelines.

The Ideal Candidate
- Proficiency in coding and data visualization tools such as Tableau, SAS, and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with project management and prioritization, managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Knowledge of relational databases, claims data, and SQL.
