Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Financial Analyst for our FSS FP&A team, responsible for OpEx (primary focus on SG&A, with emphasis on headcount / workforce planning) budgeting, forecasting, and analytics of the assigned business unit.

- Ownership mindset for the assigned business unit(s) operating expenses numbers and headcount.
- Develop good working relationships/rapport with BU and BU finance leadership (VPs/Directors).
- Understand assigned BUs business/operations to become the go-to person for input & insights on headcount and SG&A line items.
- Develop and maintain various financial models to support BUs decision-making related to headcount and SG&A.
- Prepare periodic close files/packages.
- Responsible for workforce planning – headcount and employee cost budgeting.
- Solicit & consolidate new information from different sources and systems to update forecasts to improve accuracy.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities (R&O).
- Manage annual planning processes, communicating targets, creating budgets, and handling BUs asks professionally.
- Reflect assigned BUs org changes in reporting dimensions.
- Troubleshoot issues (system, process), compile required data/dimensions/timeline for ad hoc requests, and prioritize BUs asks professionally.
- Leverage Data & analytics tools to phase-out legacy excel-based files, reports & models.
- Assist with other ad-hoc analytics, projects, and requests.
- Open to learning and asking for guidance.
Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and Data Analytics tools (Intermediate-level Power BI skills, SQL a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite [Advanced Excel (power query, power pivot a plus), Proficient PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook].
- Experience working (user/super user) with FP&A systems – JDE, Hyperion, Workforce Planning, SmartView, Oracle EPM.
- 5+ years of FP&A experience.
- Clear/strong understanding of financial statements and relevant accounting principles.
- Experience with generating management reports and SG&A budgeting/forecasting.
