Sr. Financial Analyst
Analyze current and past financial data and performance and develop comprehensive prospective financing requests for commercial real estate assets and loan financings; create comprehensive prospective financing requests for Hall Group’s commercial real estate assets and HSF loan financings; identify potential lenders and assist in gathering due diligence; serve as interdepartmental liaison to facilitate closing of loans and providing information to lenders and stakeholders; coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts; support the preparation and finalization of monthly financials and forecasts; manage loan covenants and report to lenders on a quarterly and annual basis; prepare company presentation materials for internal reviews and business development; track, analyze and evaluate property operations across HSF’s loan portfolio and Hall Group’s real estate assets; coordinate with other members of the finance and capital markets teams to review financial information and forecasts; perform month-end close processes, including reviewing financials and preparing performance-related analyses; coordinate with Hall Group’s property operations team to implement yearly budgets; and review loan documents for new debt transactions and assist in loan closing process.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a closely related field.
Work Experience Requirements
Five (5) years of progressive professional experience in commercial finance, banking, or real estate, including experience in the financial planning and capitalization of real estate assets and lending operations; current and past financial data and performance analysis and comprehensive prospective financing requests for commercial real estate assets and loan financings development; support of the preparation and finalization of monthly financials and forecasts; and month-end closing processes, including financials review and analysis and performance-related analysis.
Hours, Salary, and Location
40 hours per week, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; between $124,000 and $129,000; Dallas, Texas.
