GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add a Portfolio Manager to our dynamic team in Fresno, CA!
Portfolio Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan, control, and direct the daily operations of multiple properties.
- Oversee compliance within these properties.
- Manage the financial responsibilities of the properties including annual budget.
- Manage and lead staff at each property.
- Responsible for interviewing and hiring all property employees under the direction of HR.
- Ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times for yourself and all property employees.
- Implement and enforce all policies and procedures of GSF Properties Inc., ensuring through constant supervision and review that all personnel in all departments are operating within those regulations.
- Generate various reports, including but not limited to the Weekly Vacancy, Delinquency, Turnover, and Traffic reports. The accuracy and timeliness of these reports are the responsibility of the Property Manager.
- Any other tasks assigned by the VP of Operations.

Requirements
Portfolio Manager Job Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience managing multiple properties with direct supervision of staff.
- Must have proven property management experience with direct supervision of staff to be considered.
- Must have valid Driver’s License.
- Real Estate license is preferred.
- Appfolio and Real Page experience.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules, requirements, and scope.
- Cooperative and engaging team spirit with collaborative work groups.
- Significant customer service experience.
- Proven leadership experience.
