Description

GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add a Portfolio Manager to our dynamic team in Fresno, CA!

Plan, control, and direct the daily operations of multiple properties.
Oversee compliance within these properties.
Manage the financial responsibilities of the properties including annual budget.
Manage and lead staff at each property.
Responsible for interviewing and hiring all property employees under the direction of HR.
Ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times for yourself and all property employees.
Implement and enforce all policies and procedures of GSF Properties Inc., ensuring through constant supervision and review that all personnel in all departments are operating within those regulations.
Generate various reports, including but not limited to the Weekly Vacancy, Delinquency, Turnover, and Traffic reports. The accuracy and timeliness of these reports are the responsibility of the Property Manager.
Any other tasks assigned by the VP of Operations.

Requirements

5+ years' experience managing multiple properties with direct supervision of staff.
Must have proven property management experience with direct supervision of staff to be considered.
Must have valid Driver’s License.
Real Estate license is preferred.
Appfolio and Real Page experience.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules, requirements, and scope.
Cooperative and engaging team spirit with collaborative work groups.
Significant customer service experience.
Proven leadership experience.
