We are looking for a Jr. Service Support Analyst in Jamestown, NC for a 3+ months contract position.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting PC hardware/software.
- Experience supporting laptops/docking stations.
- Experience with ticketing systems (i.e. Remedy).
- Experience installing print devices and drivers.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, squat, run wires under/through furniture, install PCs on desks, and remove old PCs.
Desired Skills:
- Experience creating written process documentation.
- Experience supporting enterprise level PC deployment projects in multiple locations.
