Senior Financial Analyst at 7 Eleven in Irving, TX
About This Opportunity
The Senior Financial Analyst provides organizational support for the management of financial transactions and reporting in order to maintain the operations of the International organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with service providers and group partners so that leadership has access to accurate and current financial information and that AP/AR processes are appropriately executed.
- Coordinate with SEI and SEJ accounting and finance teams to develop, execute, and maintain periodic and ad hoc reports required for business operation, governance, and compliance.
- Ensures report accuracy and timeliness and helps teams design and deliver additional financial reporting processes/programs as needed to support progress of programs and KPIs.
- Interfaces with systems and teams at SEI and SEJ, as well as licensee lines of business, to process AP/AR related to the business operations of the International organization.
- Provide organizational support for budget cycles, contingency planning, and other accounting and finance support planning needs.
- Interface internally with Operations, New Market Entry, and Business Development teams for financial analysis assignments and setup/support of operations based in foreign offices.
- Provide support to licensees in the areas of finance and planning, in addition to support for sales/royalty assessments.
Qualifications
- Education: B.A. in Business.
- Work Experience: 5 years in Accounting and/or Finance related fields.
- Affiliated experience in Oracle ERP, FDS, and iExpense systems preferred.
- 20% travel required.
- Has decision-making capability, accountability, and ability to direct, execute, coach, and support at an expert level around Business Acumen (Financial Analysis, Budgeting, P&L Management).
- Ability to contribute to projects and decisions at an advanced level around Taxation and Finance Market Analysis, Developing and Executing Business Action Plans, Risk Management Analysis and Execution, Global Mindset, and Communication (English).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
Salary Range
$80K -- $100K
