At Charter Manufacturing, we are looking for a dynamic Compensation Analyst III to join our Compensation Center of Excellence (COE). You'll play a key role in leading innovative programs and projects that influence Charter Manufacturing's future, helping us stay competitive in the marketplace while aligning with our business goals.

What You'll Do:
Lead projects and develop solutions based on analytical research to optimize compensation programs.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure cost-effective, market-driven compensation strategies.
Oversee the execution of annual incentive plans, ensuring clear communication with participants.
Leverage Workday (HCM) and other technologies to enhance system functionality and reporting capabilities.
Conduct market pricing analyses, and support the grading decision process to keep us competitive.
Measure program performance by developing and reporting on key compensation metrics.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and impact.
Lead survey participation, reporting activities, and compensation education initiatives.
Support acquisition integration activities and build strong partnerships across departments.
What You Bring to the Team:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, finance, or business with a strong emphasis on compensation.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to interpret and present data clearly, along with an eye for detail and critical thinking.
Knowledge of compensation regulations (including FLSA), and experience with HCM systems like Workday.
A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Preferred Experience:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with benefits and HRIS platforms, particularly Workday.
