REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Must be well organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- BS in Accounting, Business or Finance is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process quarterly and annual payroll reports in Accounting CS and QuickBooks
- Prepare individual income tax returns for filing
- Prepare sales tax returns monthly
- Create clients in the database
- Execute payroll reports in Federal and State Websites
- Assemble personal tax returns for clients
- Complete monthly, quarterly, annual bank and credit card reconciliations for clients
- Answer correspondence and create reports
