We are searching for an Associate Investment Advisor in Louisville to provide exceptional client service, manage investments, and drive business growth for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver outstanding client service with high integrity and ethical standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including preparing clients for advisor transitions.
- Engage and educate next-generation beneficiaries on family wealth stewardship.
- Monitor portfolios to ensure client strategies remain relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with the financial planning team to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Proactively communicate with clients to build a strong, professional rapport to understand and anticipate their needs, goals, and financial objectives.
- Develop relationships with the client's other professional advisors (i.e. accountants, lawyers, etc.).
- Implement and manage investment strategies that align with clients’ objectives.
- Participate in the firm’s investment strategy process.
- Expand referral networks by leveraging local centers of influence, collaborating with colleagues, and establishing a professional presence as the face of the firm.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- CFA strongly preferred; CFP, advanced industry-related degree, or equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 2-8+ years of client-facing experience, preferably within an RIA/wealth management firm and with high-net-worth clients.
- Broad-based knowledge of wealth management and investment strategy, with strong investment knowledge and experience with individual securities and funds.
- Efficient work ethic, commitment to growth, and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and competent decision-maker with strong attention to detail.
- Incredible interpersonal skills for listening, gathering information, and negotiating.
