About the Role
This position will be part of Nexteer Automotive Corporation’s Corporate Treasury Team. The role’s primary responsibilities will include global cash forecasting, capital structure analysis, internal and external funding initiatives, cash reporting of the Nexteer U.S. entity’s daily cash position, gathering forecast data from key operating sites, and preparing semi-monthly near-term direct method cash forecasts and related analyses. It will assist various global Treasury initiatives and ad-hoc assignments. The ideal candidate will have a high level of analytical ability, communication skills, and a Treasury background.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Cash forecasting: analyze and communicate implications of cash flow forecasts, including recommendations regarding use of cash, surpluses, and funding of cash requirements at global sites.
- Capital structure analysis: prepare recommendations for senior management and Nexteer’s Board with respect to total Company financing and dividend policy.
- Company funding initiatives: lead analysis, including coordination with Tax and Legal, for inter-company funding alternatives and external debt as well as provide project management for execution of project.
- ABL: Responsible for borrowing base reporting to lead bank.
- Cash and debt reporting; internally, and externally supporting semi-annual report footnote.
- Multi-Bank Reporting of daily global cash balances for all global bank accounts.
- Update various files/analysis for daily cash to assist in forecasting cash pool liquidity, cash pool profitability, investable cash, and borrowing needs.
- Preparing semi-monthly near term direct method cash forecasts for key operating sites and lead weekly meeting reviewing forecasts and cash by Site data.
- Lead Role / Backup to other Corporate Treasury processes (Wire transfer processing, manual checks, US daily cash forecasting, bank KYC, internal controls, etc.).
- Assisting with ad-hoc and special projects.
Qualifications
- 8 or more years of relevant Treasury experience.
- Background in cash forecasting, debt, risk analysis, bank systems, bank accounts, KYC, etc.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred but not required.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
