What Will You Do
The Business Analyst, Growth Enablement & Transformation will be part of the Growth Enablement team reporting to the Sr. Transformation Manager. This role will impact and be directly responsible for achieving business value and outcomes through the execution milestones across the support teams. Business Analyst, Growth Enablement & Transformation will be responsible for reporting, analyzing, risk and issue management, monitoring and communication across Workstream teams and stakeholders. This position will serve as point of contact for Wave inquiries (Program Management Tool) and assist with PBI inquiries.
This is a hybrid role that will be located at HQ in Glendale, WI.
How You Will Do It
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts across Wave Champions.
- Analyze financial data and performance; Prepare reports and exhibits for Growth Enablement EC/ WSL level meetings, projections, draw actionable insights based on analysis.
- Train and assist in Program Management tools (WAVE, PowerBI Dashboards, Action Items, SharePoint, etc.). Learn to assess, prioritize and mitigate project risks.
- Establish and implement monitoring and control processes for the Growth Enablement community to ensure initiatives and milestones are delivered on time, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Assist with managing configuration requests, custom report design and other development tasks in conjunction with our external Wave development team.
- Occasionally assist with Office Governance (i.e. User Management within Wave, Approval flows, SharePoint site calendars and training materials, etc.).
Required
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum four (4) years of work experience. Preferably in a global organization.
- Has appropriate business acumen, and the desire to grow in the financial industry.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications (data analysis business case will be part of the interview process).
- Strives to present solutions simultaneous to raising issues.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Strong work ethics and able to quickly adapt to new environment and demands. Comfortable in learning new systems and new ways of thinking and acting.
- The ability to collaborate with teammates with good communication, planning, problem solving and negotiation. Willing to challenge others and be challenged.
- Builds appropriate and effective business relationships.
- Influences organization, customers, suppliers, partners and peers on the contribution of Growth Enablement outcomes.
Preferred
- Excellent communication, business writing, critical thinking, problem solving, and coaching skills.
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills at all levels both internal and external.
- Financial and operational modeling, and data visualization skills is a plus.
- Knowledge in SQL is a plus.
- Project management skills. Knowledge in project management standards, methods and tools. Prior Growth Enablement Office experience is a plus.
