Responsibilities
- Provide accounting, analysis and financial support to one or more project managers
- Prepare and process invoices and contract documents
- Maintain client and subconsultant contract documents
- Assist with vendor invoice and data posting
- Assist with project setup/budgeting
- Assist with accounts receivable collection
- Assist with research and resolution of client questions
- Interpret and prepare project reports for use by project managers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in an engineering/architectural setting preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to initiate the task management process
- Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Proven experience with software programs used in the industry, Deltek/AJERA preferred
