Description
Job Summary: As a member of the Company’s pricing department, you will be responsible for creating and updating customer and product pricing matrices, maintaining product costs, resolving customer invoice discrepancies, and special project work/analysis as assigned.
Job Duties:
- Update the Eclipse pricing matrix and hierarchy.
- Maintain system product costs on all commodities.
- Maintain promotional sales pricing and MAP compliance.
- Mass loading of pricing files into Eclipse.
- Research and resolve customer invoice pricing issues.
- Review new customer accounts and apply appropriate pricing programs.
- Troubleshoot pricing and cost issues in real time with management and sales staff in response to customers’ needs.
- Perform sales audit on previous day's sales activity; identify and resolve pricing issues with inside sales department. Analyze customer pricing and purchasing trends for margin improvement opportunities, communicate findings with management.
- Perform analysis and special project work as assigned, develop timely and insightful conclusions. Develop actionable plans and present to management.
- Work in compliance with established department procedures and/or protocols. Identify and resolve problems.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrate strong ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent computer skills and capability to adeptly operate NEFCO’s Enterprise Resource Planning, Eclipse, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Maintains excellent regular attendance and punctuality at work to ensure a high-quality and timely response for customers.
- Must perform work accurately and with a sense of urgency and integrity while paying strict attention to detail. Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies. Ability to prepare reports as required.
- Nature of work requires general supervision.
- Degree is preferred (although industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- 1-2 years of work experience (preferably in construction supply sales).
