BAE Systems is hiring a Sr. Project Analyst to join our Bradley STS team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Program Management in managing, planning, and performing management and financial control of contracts.
- Work cross-functionally to coordinate and monitor plans, action items, milestones, and metrics.
- Support the development and maintenance of program execution plans (Program Management Plan, Risk and Opportunity Management Plan, Program Measurement Plan).
- Support Risk and Opportunity (R&O) Management activities as the Risk Focal for Bradley STS.
- Record R&O and associated mitigation plans.
- Assist the project team with tracking and reporting status of the R&Os.
- Support the preparation and conduct of technical and program review meetings with customer team members.
- Support the preparation and conduct of internal and external audits (LCM, ISO, CMMI).
- Support and work with the Program Management team to document lessons learned and implement improvements across the program.
- Support achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and business performance objectives in accordance with the Integrated Business Plan (IBP).
- Interface with cross-functional team members in contracts, finance, engineering, and other supporting organizations.
- Assist in monitoring and managing the completion of hardware and software deliverables and on-time delivery.
- Support recurring status meetings with the program team and customer.
- Support capture and estimating efforts to secure new work directives.
- Load and maintain engineering resource demands in Engineering Labor Planning Database (ELPD).
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Associates Degree and 4 years of work experience or equivalent experience.
- Experience in project management, coordination, or analytics.
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide clear direction to others regarding accountability to organizational policies and practices.
- Strong communication skills to interact with and present to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to operate independently and proactively.
- Customer focus and relationship building skills.
- Highly motivated with a solution-oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience in Defense Contracting.
- Experience in Risk & Opportunity.
- Experience in loading and updating Engineering Labor Planning Database (ELPD).
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $78760 - $133870. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
