Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing HR strategies to support strategic organizational goals. This individual will work both independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization to develop modernized HR practices and programs, enhance existing policies and processes and establish an HR operation that builds strong team culture and delivers on business outcomes. This position directly reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources.

- Turnover Strategies & Labor Shortages
- Staffing Shortages/hiring campaigns/Strategies
- Preparation - HC/Req exceptions
- Sourcing/Sign On/Relocation - Management/Salaried/Hourly Indirect/Hourly Direct
- Promotions/Job Changes/Hierarchy
- Succession & Talent Planning - 9 Box Portfolio
- TOPPS - Talent Development portfolio
- Onboarding & Orientation
- Departmental Items;
- Communications Meetings
- Communication Channels at all levels
- REC Club Sponsor - Annual Plan Management
- FOA Member
- Liaison for VISA/Immigration Sponsorship
- Budgeting Process
- Cost Containment implementation & strategies
- Policy Interpretation & Management
- DEI Program
- Affirmative Action Plan
- QMS Reporting - Reporting - Quarterly: Turnover, Reason for Term, Ethnicity & Demographics Assessments
- Business Contingency Plan & Annual Review & Departmental Audits
- Performance Management;
- Annual Goals
- Performance Management: PIP/PEP/Warnings/Gross Misconduct/etc.
- Performance Management & Status Determination Process: Gross Misconduct & Out of Spec
- Status Determinations for HR Matters/Investigations/Legal liaison for compliance & regulatory matters - (except medical)
- Involuntary Terminations/claim management/Status Determination
- Annual Performance Appraisal Program
- Work on Developmental and Above the Line Enrichment Initiatives
- Employee Relations: Towards Coaching & Counseling. Enrichment & Developing
- Compensation Programs;
- Comp Issues: Overtime clarifications, Shift Premiums, Exempt Test, etc.
- Annual Market Review: Radford, starting rate, ranges
- Comp Market reviews/Equity/Compression
