Shift: Days, 7a-7p, 12×3, 36hrs per week, with rotating an occasional weekend
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- FL License
- Minimum 2 years hospital CM experience
- Experience in acute care hospital case management
- BLS
- ACM or CCM helpful but not required
Other Details:
- Documentation system: Meditech, Midas and Careport (previously Navihealth)
- Number of Beds: 523
