Description:
The Manager, Retirement Accounting is responsible for accounting functions and supervision of accounting personnel whose primary responsibility relates to Ministers Benefit Association and other retirement plans under management of AGF entities. This position is responsible to and reports to the SVP Accounting Services.
Qualifications:
Education/Training:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Skills:
• Knowledge of 403(b) Retirement Plans, Church Sponsored Rabbi Trusts, and 401(k) plans.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures.
• Knowledge of computer programs/systems
Computer Knowledge:
• MS Word – moderate
• Excel – advanced
• Windows – advanced
• IBM Query
• Microsoft Query
• Jack Henry and Associates 20/20 software
• Blackbaud software
Experience:
• Three years accounting experience
• Management experience preferred
