In this role, you will be a key player in individuals’ with disabilities journey towards a life of independence. The BCBA will utilize their knowledge and skills of observation to develop and implement plans that address problem behaviors or assist in skills acquisition. In this highly specialized role, you will get to know and observe clients of all ages and with various diagnoses while working towards achieving their target behaviors and acquiring valuable skills. You will also enjoy working with a team of educated professionals who share your passion for making an impact in others’ lives. As a BCBA, you will share your expertise with members of your team through supervision of ABA Specialists, RBTs, and professionals.
Qualifications:
One year of professional experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or psychiatric disorders. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in one of the following: behavior analysis, education, or psychology. Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification and Missouri Behavior Analyst licensure (LaBA) in good standing.
