DutiesAs a your typical work assignments may include:
- Providing support to a group of employees engaged in the support service functions that require the application of highly specialized financial management knowledge and skills.
- Planning duties and responsibilities cover program areas to include the Administrative Support Services and Education Team (ASSET), Fiscal Support Team (FST), Administrative Officer (AO) and Administrative Coordinator (AC) outreach, time keeping system, FOIA request management and responses, and Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) processing and testing.
- Coordinating fiscal and administrative resource assignment with the program offices and the fiscal and administrative support teams, educates team members and new administrative support personnel on fiscal and administrative support functions.
- Maintaining DEA's administrative resource documentation and SharePoint intranet sites.
- Identifying feasibility and effectiveness of existing and proposed agency standards, regulations, programs or policies as they relate to financial management, and fiscal and administrative support.
