We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience with 2 years' experience as Senior Accountant or higher, a strong proficiency in Excel, and solid experience working with ERP software. This role focuses heavily on Accounts Payable, general ledger reconciliation, and may include some payroll processing. This position is *onsite only* — remote work is not available. Candidates looking for remote work will not be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not be limited to:
- Assist with Accounts Payable processing.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Handle payroll processing (as needed).
- Assist with Accounts Receivable processing (as needed).
- Assist Controller with month end closing, journal entries, financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Additional duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
- 2 years' experience as Senior Accountant or higher
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Solid experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks experience is not applicable to this)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite setting; remote work is not an option.
Preferred:
- Public accounting experience highly desirable.
- CPA or CPA candidate highly desirable.
- Experience in payroll processing
- Experience in a manufacturing environment

POSITION STATUS: Full-time, exempt
PAY RANGE: $81,000 - $95,000 /yr
SHIFT: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
