We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience with 2 years' experience as Senior Accountant or higher, a strong proficiency in Excel, and solid experience working with ERP software. This role focuses heavily on Accounts Payable, general ledger reconciliation, and may include some payroll processing. This position is *onsite only* — remote work is not available. Candidates looking for remote work will not be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not be limited to:

Assist with Accounts Payable processing.
Reconcile general ledger accounts.
Handle payroll processing (as needed).
Assist with Accounts Receivable processing (as needed).
Assist Controller with month end closing, journal entries, financial statement preparation and analysis.
Additional duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
2 years' experience as Senior Accountant or higher
Strong proficiency in Excel
Solid experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks experience is not applicable to this)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in an onsite setting; remote work is not an option.

Preferred:

Public accounting experience highly desirable.
CPA or CPA candidate highly desirable.
Experience in payroll processing
Experience in a manufacturing environment

POSITION STATUS: Full-time, exempt

PAY RANGE: $81,000 - $95,000 /yr

SHIFT: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
