Financial Analyst - Sales/Compensation
Responsibilities include:
- Calculating monthly commission for sales reps and brokers.
- Creating and distributing monthly commission reports.
- Maintaining the commission model.
- Calculating quarterly earnings for Account Managers.
- Tracking salaried Sales Reps' earnings and bonus hurdles, and completing commission conversion analysis.
- Communicating commission and bonus earnings to Payroll.
- Power BI knowledge (DAX, M, SQL) is required.
