Job Description
The Relationship Manager I – Commercial Banking is primarily responsible for making and servicing a wide variety of business and individual loans, both secured and unsecured, which are less complex in nature. Assists senior officers in handling larger, more complex loans. This is the entry-level lending officer position.

- You will use your business savvy to identify new prospects and develop new business opportunities.
- You will use your knowledge of our products and services to make recommendations to our clients to help them enhance their business.
- You will use your financial acumen and analytical skills to understand data to make informed decisions.
- You will use your credit acumen to make recommendations for deal approval, structuring loans, mitigating and identifying risk, and complying with regulations.
Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related degree and 1 year credit analysis experience plus an additional year as a Credit Specialist or 1 additional year in credit analysis or 8 years equivalent work-related experience.
