Global Supply Chain Management - Material Program Management (MPM)
What You Will Be Doing
Every day will be unique in this fast-paced role, as you work closely with Program Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other functional teams to support Global Supply Chain execution/performance activities. As an F-16 Upgrades Material Program Manager, you will make a difference to our bottom line by limiting costs and improving schedules by providing resources, implementing strategies, and removing roadblocks to perform with excellence. This position ensures a large program portfolio accurately plans and has material available to support operational milestones around the globe.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP), (ERP), (MRP) or similar
Desired Skills:- Experience with FAR and DFAR requirements
- Development of Acquisition Strategies, Bid Packages, Evaluations, Negotiation of Supplier Proposals
- Firm understanding of how to capture, aggregate, analyze, and present data that effectively demonstrates supplier performance, and then identifying the potential risks and opportunities for a positive outcome
- Experienced in Supplier Management of Contract Deliverables according to Cost, Schedule, and Performance
- Experience analyzing problems and recommending solutions
- Experience effectively communicating with senior leaders to include program, company, subcontractors, and customers
- Knowledge of Aggregate Demand and Supply Planning (Sales & Operations Planning / SVSI / SIOP)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
