Position Summary
This role, supporting the Corporate FP&A team, will partner with the leadership across Corporate and Global SG&A functions to provide financial insight into business performance, to drive the creation and management of budget targets, and to lead the decision-making process for strategic initiatives. Specific areas of contribution include monthly management reporting and forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range strategic planning, and ad hoc project support.
Responsibilities
Lead development of the monthly forecast, annual budget and long-range plan for Corporate and Global SG&A Functions through partnership with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure financial estimates and targets appropriately reflect strategic initiatives and current trends.
Collaborate with key process owners and department leads to manage monthly activities and guide decision making within budgetary and accounting guidelines.
Manage month-end close activities through close collaboration with budget owners and accounting to ensure accuracy of financial reporting, including the investigation of financial variances and collaboration on accruals, reclasses, and allocations.
Lead creation, production and distribution of management reporting to key stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership; reviewing results with business partners to provide variance analysis vs. annual plan and to proactively define potential risks and opportunities.
Calculate and communicate intercompany allocations for highly visible departments and projects
Analyze business cases, develop financial models and run scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
Drive cross functional collaboration with Accounting, HR, Legal, Tax, Fixed Assets and other departments to ensure results and processes align with internal and external requirements.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance/Accounting) or Economics
MBA in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred but not required
At least five years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting or Consulting preferred
Technical Proficiency
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Familiarity with SAP and/or BPC Reporting preferred, but not required
Professional Competency:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
Outstanding financial acumen, including comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
Experience presenting successfully to Senior Leadership
Customer/Quality focus, with ability cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability
Highly motivated, change-oriented, and able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
Continuous improvement mindset. Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
Ability to prioritize work, meet tight deadlines, and manage time effectively
Accurate and detail oriented
Comfortable operating autonomously
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time
Primary work environment is professional corporate office
Ability to travel commercially to domestic and international locations

The salary range for this role is:
$76,800.00 - $115,100.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
