Job Description
The Relationship Manager III, Corporate Banking is primarily responsible for making and servicing a wide variety of business and individual loans, both secured and unsecured, which are complex in nature. Handles larger, more profitable customer relationships within the department. Provides subordinate officers with functional guidance.

- You will use your knowledge of our products and services to make recommendations to our clients to help them enhance their business.
- You will use your financial acumen and analytical skills to understand data to make informed decisions.
- You will use your credit acumen to make recommendations for deal approval, structuring loans, mitigating and identifying risk, and complying with regulations.
Education & Experience Requirements
The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and 5 – 7 years’ experience in a commercial lending environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of commercial lending practices and loan documentation, and loan servicing requirements.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Demonstrated capacity to sell products/services within the financial services industry.
- Advanced understanding of credit underwriting, documentation, loan policy, and regulations.
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis including ratio and trend analysis and projections.
- Specialized knowledge of specific markets in order to serve defined territories.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations.
- Good PC skills including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
