As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for Cascade Living Group, you will play a key role in financial preparation, analysis, and management for our senior living communities.
As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will:
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for senior living facilities.
- Monitor budget performance, identify variances and trends, and communicate findings.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build financial models to support long-term planning, scenario analysis, and business case development.
- Assess the financial feasibility of new initiatives or expansions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial goals with overall business strategy.
- Ensure that all financial report results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or applicable financial reporting standards.

We are looking for great people that encompass:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- MBA/CPA/CMA/CFA Preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles.
- Experience using multi-entity property management software such as Yardi.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex financial concepts.
