Description/Summary:
Bothell, WA
- Track project costs on a daily basis via EQM Daily Work Reports and/or RCMS
- Perform direct project cost reconciliation
- Process project related A/P
- Responsible for petty cash fund
- Project related purchasing and/or purchasing support
- Track equipment and material usage
- Assist with development of government required reports
- Pick-up and deliver supplies and equipment
- Assist on-site personnel as needed
Skills and Experience:
- General accounting background with experience in A/P and general ledger
- Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Teams and Adobe
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff at all levels
- Resourceful and works well in a busy environment both as part of a team and individually with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- High School diploma required
- Minimum 2 years administrative and or accounting support role
- Must be able to drive vehicle or fly on an airplane independently to and from project site locations.
- Flexible hours and some overtime required
- Office hours are 40/week, Field hours are up to 60/week
- Out-of-town travel required > 65% of the time
- Valid Driver's License required
- Must be able to operate project assigned vehicles
- Must be able to perform duties above while working in a job office trailer or other form of remote office location
Passing of pre-employment drug screen and physical required.
