About the Job:
GCRE is growing and needs to add talented individuals to our team! Our company is seeking a Portfolio Property Manager to supervise a multifamily apartment portfolio. Qualification & Requirements:
- 3 or more years of multi-site property management experience is preferred.
- Prior apartment leasing experience.
- Post-secondary education. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with property management software platforms, preferably Appfolio.
- Ability to overcome obstacles with an eye toward high levels of excellence.
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to service.
- Motivational leadership style to manage multiple teams to success.
- Ability to self-manage with effective time management.
- Strong interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills.
- Strong financial aptitude and analytical skills.
- General understanding of construction.
- Regular travel within central Minnesota is required.
- Office location in St. Cloud.
