About the Job:

GCRE is growing and needs to add talented individuals to our team! Our company is seeking a Portfolio Property Manager to supervise a multifamily apartment portfolio. Qualification & Requirements:

3 or more years of multi-site property management experience is preferred.
Prior apartment leasing experience.
Post-secondary education. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Proficiency with property management software platforms, preferably Appfolio.
Ability to overcome obstacles with an eye toward high levels of excellence.
Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to service.
Motivational leadership style to manage multiple teams to success.
Ability to self-manage with effective time management.
Strong interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills.
Strong financial aptitude and analytical skills.
General understanding of construction.
Regular travel within central Minnesota is required.
Office location in St. Cloud.
